Sierra Classic Custom Homes, a long-time client of White Hat, aimed to freshen up their image to appeal more broadly to those in the market for a luxury custom home in Texas. White Hat wanted to maintain recognition for those who were aware of the 20+ year old builder, but also take the opportunity to reintroduce them in a more modern way – to increase both the quality and quantity of leads.
The Challenge
To stand out in a crowded space and quickly convey that Sierra Classic Custom Homes is a relevant and superior option for those seeking to build a custom home in various Texas markets and the experience of building with us is simple and reliable.
In addition to streamlining and updating the brand aesthetic, we also needed to offer content for the things for which the target audience was searching and the problems they were trying to solve.
The Strategy
In order to become more relevant, we developed landing pages to directly pay off the keyword searches and quickly capture lead data so that the client could follow up on a personal level with interested parties. We know that people are more responsive to calls to action when the experience is simple and there is some immediate gratification.
The Results
Within one month of leveraging updated and personalized landing pages, we were able to increase new lead Conversion Rates by 250.24%. But we didn’t stop there. We also instituted drip email campaigns designed to further educate new leads and prime them for better kickoff conversations with the sales team.
Our email campaigns have been able to consistently achieve Open Rates that are 170.47% higher and Click Through Rates that are 206.25% higher than industry averages.
